Nordic Pools prides itself on offering turnkey installation for your dream pool project. Turnkey installation means that we take care of every aspect of your pool project from start (permitting and design) to finish (hardscaping, landscaping, and fencing), ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable experience for you, our valued client.

Our fiberglass pool installations in Maryland range from $90,000-$150,000+. This pricing includes permitting, excavation, retaining walls, pool shell, delivery and installation, plumbing, electric, patio & fencing. At Nordic Pools, we are entrusted with overseeing the entire project from start to finish.

  • Small shell (less than 25’ long), minimal to no retaining walls, 3’ concrete/stone patio around pool, fencing, no add-ons (waterfall, swim spa, etc.)

  • Medium to large shell (less than 35’ long), retaining walls, 3’-5’ concrete/stone patio around pool, fencing, swim spa or waterfall, heater

  • Large shell (31’+ length), additional retaining walls, large concrete/stone patio around pool, additional fencing around yard, swim spa and/or waterfall, additional lights, heater, safety cover
